Rabdi is a very popular dessert in Odisha. Usually it made by reducing milk cooking on low flame for hours. This recipe is using Chhena/Cuddled milk which enhance both texture and taste of rabdi. Its also known as Kheera in Puri, Odisha. This is an excellent payesh receipe with soft chhena to bite in sweet flavoured thick milk.
