Mawa or Khoya (Khoa) is dried form of Milk that is used in most of the Milk dessert / Milk made sweets. To get a halwai style texture and flavor Mawa or Khoya is a necessary ingredient while preparing sweet at Home. Its very difficult to get genuine mawa in market however you can prepare mawa / khoya at home with very little ingredients and the making process is super easy and quick.


As part of Indian snacks & street food, we love deep fired fritters.
